What was the outcome on this? I'm having the same problem and now it appears likely that the NVR has completely died.

I just spent all day trying to get two IP2M-841 cameras setup. After the WiFi and Ethernet Cable setups failed to work on the Android app, I tried the IP Config tool after searching these forums ... and I too had no cameras showing up. Odd thing was that my wired Amcrest NVR wasn't showing up either...
