PS-If this cant be fixed soon I am going to request a full refund. What good is a security camera that cant send alerts?

I have had the same problem since February 11. Support says they are aware of the problem and are working on it but that was 2/11 and its now 2/21 with no ETA on when (if) it will be resolved. I was going to purchase additional cameras but maybe not Amcrest if they cant restore the crucial alerts. V...

Same here on February 12th and the worst part - Amcrest has not answered even one of my emails for support.
