The video traffic on DVI and HDMI is the same, there should be no issues. You will likely find that the monitor itself is using the wrong colour space. I had tried that with ONVIF authentication enabled (in the camera) - which of course failed straight away. Even with ONVIF disabled, it reports fails. This might explain why it doesn't pick up the full resolution of the stream too. This makes for a very disappointing view of Amcrest which seemed to ...
