I use both my HP laptop and my Samsung tablet. I just double checked that my ASH47 cameras have the box "Audio Enabled" checked AND volume is set to max. Any other advice?

My ASH-47 is just connected to a switch via ethernet, the switch is connected to my router which is connected to a cable modem. I have a fairly simple network, just one router (not wireless), two wireless APs, four switches and six cameras.

I can't hear anything! I went through your procedure several times. I even went within 3 feet of the camera and said "test" several times. My wife said she heard nothing.

The camera is an ASH-47, no POE. Should I use Smart Home to login to the camera?

I login to the NVR 4108. I click on "Management" at the upper left, then I click on "Camera", then I click on "Encode". Audio Enable is checked. Audio format is "AAC". Both Mainstream and Sub Stream. BUT, no sound is being recorded.

Can audio recording be enabled on a 4108 NVR? I have an ASH47 camera that records video on the 4108. I would like to record audio with the video.
Any advice will be appreciated.

I tried to attach a short video clip, but I got an error message about a bad file type. Apparently, MP4 files are not allowed. So, I have attached a screen shot of one of the "bugs". It is just a blob of light. There were about fifty blobs in a 25 second MP4 video clip. Screenshot (53).png...

Revo: Video recorded on my NVR 4108. No spider webs. Nothing near the ASH47 lens.
