Chances are no. I'd bet the power strip's rated 2.4A is not *per port* (usually they're 1.2A each), and without knowing how it's designed/wired, you can't safely parallel them. Having just ordered an Amcrest camera, I am disturbed to see this; this is why we're replacing our current camera (its built-in certificate expired, rendering it unusable). Hopefully there's a way to update the certificate, or even just use it without https (it won't be internet accessible, so if so...

This doesn't help with your camera any, but if your neighbor is making an accusation, the burden of proof lies with HER, not YOU. SHE needs to prove (video footage, etc) your dog's a nuisance, rather than you having to disprove it :)
