Prior to the last firmare update, the camera would default to a preset position.

Now, after the weekly reboot, it goes to some unknown position.

How do we get the camera to default to preset 1 or a known preset after a reboot ?

Still not solved. Can't find any new firmware update. Logging a new ticket for support. It's a new year

I agree and the stupid sales chat thing on the website is annoying. I have two tickets and no real answer, other than there will be a firmware update, but no date.
