Do you have a list of "Activce models" ? Is the IPM-723B camera an active model? Waiting patiently on the sidelines here. Thank you Kalvin Interesting that a firmware “fix” are for cameras NOT in the majority represented in these expanding threads. I think it is time to abandon this brand ...

mromamcrest, Thank you for taking the time to reply. I will keep an eye here for updates.
For the others interested, I used the Zoho.com email mentioned earlier in this thread and it is presently working for me. Might be a temp solution until the new firmware is released.

Ok, I've had my IPM-723B for just over 2 weeks and I am still fighting with it. I 've owned a Foscam before. I had bugs, but not as bad as this. I had the same issue. After playing around for a fair bit and found

That is what worked for me. I had turned it the other day and that is when this all started.

Hi Melvin,
Thank you for the fast reply. Ok, this makes more sense now.
I'm guessing the model IPM-723 does not have this port for connecting the external alarm input and output. I checked in the manual and do not see this option.
