mromamcrest, Thank you for taking the time to reply. I will keep an eye here for updates.

For the others interested, I used the Zoho.com email mentioned earlier in this thread and it is presently working for me. Might be a temp solution until the new firmware is released.

Ok, I've had my IPM-723B for just over 2 weeks and I am still fighting with it. I 've owned a Foscam before. I had bugs, but not as bad as this. I had the same issue. After playing around for a fair bit and found

That is what worked for me. I had turned it the other day and that is when this all started.

Hi Melvin,

Thank you for the fast reply. Ok, this makes more sense now.

I'm guessing the model IPM-723 does not have this port for connecting the external alarm input and output. I checked in the manual and do not see this option.

Hi Gentlemen, Just purchased the IPM-723. I have already gone thru the learning curve of a FOSCAM F1938P. I was hoping for the same features on the user interface, well a little disappointed. The emailing only one photo at a time is not ideal. I also kinda liked the fact that I could take a snapshot...
