Anyone else having an issue with trying to log in to your DVR remotely? I'm getting a "login failed" using the same admin account that works fine directly with the DVR or via web login while on my local network. It does the same thing regardless of whether I'm using DDNS or my router's IP ...

Yup - I'm waiting too. It doesn't help much to only be able to view the cameras from my house.

Can't you just revert back to the old version for download until you figure out what's going on? This is obviously affecting a lot of people.

I have the same issue, although I just installed this system about the time the update came out (replaced a 960H with a 1080P system) so I don't have a good reference. Works fine from home on wireless, but very spotty via cell service. I haven't tried setting up using static IP/NAT forwarding yet - ...

Ah - that solved it. I didn't realize you had to search first and choose the channel. Tried and it works now.

I have the 960h 4 camera system, and am using the Amcrest Link app. Everything seems to work great in the app except the playback feature. Is this supposed to work? If not - why is it in the app?
