Hello,

The best way to play these videos is to download the files from your FTP server then play them with the Smart Player that scottj4 mentioned. There is no way to stream them through the camera.

Re: Can't login with any browser

Hello, Chrome has dropped NPAPI support and we are racing to get out new plugin out to resolve this issue. Do you have any antivirus running which could block the plugin? (Norton is one of the more infamous ones for this) Also are you using Windows 10? If so, make sure you're not using the new Edge ...

Re: DVR rebooting

What was the flag on the reboot? It should be something like [00x0] and may have more written in the log details. As for user's logging in and out, do you have it connected with to a mobile device?

Re: DVR rebooting

Well 1 Mbps is equal to 125Kbps. What is the current bit ate of your cameras? You can check under the encode page. The app should bring up the Extra or Sub stream by default. You can lower the FPS and the bitrate and this will lower the quality but improve the ability to connect.

Re: DVR rebooting

Well the signal is going to be coming from the office so that is where the upload speed is crucial. Since it isn't wanting to connect very well on any outside network, this seems the most likely culprit.

Re: DVR rebooting

Generally when it doesn't connect or times out, there isn't enough bandwidth. Do you know what the upload speed is at your work? You can use www.speedtest.net to determine this.

Re: DVR rebooting

Once the user account has been setup you should be able to log back into the DVR through the web interface then re-import it there. I thought it used the same .backup format. When I tested it, I did the export/import through the web ui.

Re: CCTV only showing black and white

Yes it is possible that it is the camera's power supply. If you unplug one or 2 of the camera's power, does the black and white one go to color?

Re: DVR rebooting

So I have confirmed it. This will preserve the camera and event settings but remove the account settings: Backing up the config, Settings>System>Config Backup - Config Export, system update using the file I provided earlier, login and create a new password, go through the setup wizard (or skip as yo...
