Re: Login Timeout Errors on iPhone 6
Hello, I apologize for the delay. When the timeouts happen are you eventually able to login or have you lost all remote access on your phone? For P2P on iOS (specifically iPhone6) please update the firmware. The newest firmware can be found at www.amcrest.com/firmware As for how the app all of the s...

Hello,
I apologize for the delay. Which app are you referring to? I know that the IP Config tool and Smart Play both work on Windows 10.

Re: Playback over PC
Hello,
I apologize for the delay. Unfortunately the Sync option is only on the DVR interface itself. I am currently testing a new firmware and working on getting that feature included in the WebUI.

Re: CCTV only showing black and white
It's possible that the channels settings have been adjusted. Try going to Settings>Camera>Image, select the Channel with the issue (the top right box in the picture) then click the default button (box on the bottom). I have attached a screenshot for reference. The live preview will show you if it ha...

Re: DVR rebooting
DanNeumann,
I would like to try replacing the power adapter for the DVR. Please send an email to [email protected] asking for a replacement power adapter at Zach's request. If it continues to have issues we can move forward from there.

Re: DVR rebooting
DanNeumann,
Have you experienced any power outages or possible power spikes? A lot of strange issues tend to be related to power instability.

Re: CCTV only showing black and white
Please try checking the connections on the camera and DVR side (DVR side first as that should be easier). If a connection is loose it may account for this. I will check with out a product myself and see if I can replicate this issue. Also, if you could get some snapshots of what exactly the camera i...

Hello,
Well if you're not sure if the power supply was replaced or not, please email [email protected] asking for a replacement power supply at Zach's request. Please provide your address in that email and I will make sure one is sent out right away.

Re: CCTV only showing black and white
Hello,
The camera's have a built in light sensor and when it goes below a certain lux value, it switches to IR mode which shows only black and white. (Lux is how light intensity is measured). It sounds like the area you are viewing is dark to the point where it forces the IR lights to come on.

Re: Remote playback doesn't work for 720p HDCVI
Hello, I have attached a picture for easy reference. When you look at the calendar (1) are any of the days highlighted blue? Blue signifies that there are recordings on that day. When the number is a bold orange-yellow-something (forgive my colorblindness), that is the date you are viewing recording...
