Oh my goodness what a world class operation. With all due respect, I wonder if that would be EST Monday when they "return to work"...? When someone comes in the office, will they discover on their own that millions of smart home devices are offline, or, will a few hundred thousand customer...

When Amcrest works, it works fine as expected, but this inconsistency of service is unacceptable...I've encountered this several times this year, and Support has never indicated the issue might be on their end. I too wont be recommending Amcrest to another homeowner asking about a system.

Does Amcrest really provide NO notice online that servers are down? When a device is "offline", for starters, the app says I should check MY network . . . It's left to customers to try checking their network settings, perhaps even resetting devices, and then, check a forum, to discover the...

This is the second time in a couple months for me too. As for hard reset, I'm sure that will again likely resolve the issue, but, I don't have time for this, and, one of my two cameras is located on a roof soffit, not real convenient to reach. I did wish Amcrest would address this issue.

Really?..."try" a hard reset of the camera...is that your final answer?
