Liveview plugin for Safari, Google, or Chrome (mojave) does not work with IP Config app. Is this ever going to get fixed?

I have a very similar if not the same problem but my camera does not come back on-line. My camera is a IP2M-841B Software Version2.420.AC00.15.R, build : 2016-09-08 WEB Version3.2.1.377299 ONVIF Version2.42 When I go into setup and query Network then click on P2P, it says it is "Offline". ...

Changed WiFi name - lost camera wireless access
I changed my network name. So I plugged my 1080P IP2M-841B camera into my router in order to get to the ipconfig app where I changed selected the new network name. As long as the camera is plugged into the router it works but when I unplug and reboot the camera it doesn't show up in the ipconfig app...
