Re: How do I download video clips from camera?
Try Using Chrome to login to the Web IF and using the download button. I had to do this myself just now. I tried it in firefox, edge, explorer, as well as the chrome app and all did the same thing. Just ran the video through the browser and not download anything. I downloaded it using chrome and it ...

Re: IP3-956E Camera Re-Wire to Keystone Jack
I had the other end. But to find out the pilot, I had to try and disect it. It was molded silicon. And it turned out terrible. I'm no surgeon lol. It was totally broke before I could get to the end. Rusted out and all due to the water corrosion.

Re: How to change video channel
Yes you can do it. But i'm not sure if you can using the Amcrest Pro Software. I use a different version of the software that un-limits the NVR size from 200GB max to more than 16TB i know of. Check your PM and try using that software i linked you, install the new V2 of this software. Have to remove...

Re: IP3M-954E Outdoor POE Cam - SNMP Request
Yea this is a good question, why isn't that supported anymore in the 3mp and higher cams? How about a firmware update to support this?
Mr. POE, i will bet you $1 that it will take more than week to get a response or solution to this by anyone here at amcrest.

Re: Amcrest Camera and App as a Baby Monitor?
Answers to your questions: 1-I have not found a way to keep the app audio portion working with the screen off. Once the app is minimized, it seems to basically cut connection. 2-Yes there are settings for the audio that you can setup for thresholds. Have to mess with the sensitivity and threshold se...

Re: Night Vision Issues
I would do this. Go in to the setup of the motion sensing, and just remove the level line or 2 of where the headlights of the car would reflect against the parked car. You will still pick up people walking around the car since they are taller than and shorter than the line you mask off to not record...

Re: Delay in Live View
Not sure if you have done this yet or not, but i have the same issue with an IP2 ProHD wifi cam. One of the things you should do if you have not yet, is update the firmware to the latest one. It seems to help all my cams. I also had this issue with the POE cam's i installed in a bar. I have a 16 Cam...
