Thanks for trying to help. Sorry, perhaps I haven't made it clear how broken things are. The IP Config tool does not work on Windows 10. It does not see the camera. Funnily enough, when the old XP laptop IP Config tool is working, things actually pop up on the IP Config Tool on the W10 machine. But ...

1080P PTZ wifi camera not working on Win10
Installed all of the s/w on an old XP PC. Worked Fine! Does everything fine. Installed all of the s/w on a new Acer Aspire Windows 10 PC. No video at all. Can't login. IP Config broken. "not in same segment" or something. XP doesn't churn up all of this crap! Same 2.4GHz wifi network. Sens...
