Re: Added new camera, now refresh rate is terrible!
Does the refresh rate go back to normal on either/both of the remaining two cameras when you remove one (start with removing the new camera off your network)? If refresh rate doesn't return to what it was before you added the new camera, then do process of elimination with each of the other two came...

Re: Iphone Notifications
No that is not the issue--like the OP, I too have gotten the "No recording" message when attempting to acknowledge iOS push notifications from the Amcrest app. Changing the Push Notification setting in the app from "Video" to "Live View" eliminates the "No recordin...

Re: Emails stopped working...
This is an amcrest issue. I don't like how they must obviously be routing smtp through something other than directly to SMTP servers. Not that I wouldn't agree with that assumption, but I suppose one way to find out for sure is (on your end) to perform a Wireshark capture or similar to see where ex...

Re: No recording shows after being notified.thru push notifications of motion detection
Although I understand the logic behind not being able to view video until the recording has finished, then how do you explain why I still get "No recording" when I tap on a push notification that was at least an hour old? And no my cameras aren't configured to record 24x7...

Re: No recording shows after being notified.thru push notifications of motion detection
James.S--thanks for the update; actually I did change the Push Notification setting to Live View instead of Video before I read your suggestion but thanks anyways--doing this does at least give me a video rather than "No recording" when I tap to check on the notification event. Oddly enoug...

Re: Camera keeps rebooting and resetting time stamp to default
My cameras periodically but infrequently experience time resets as well--I discover this whenever I use the Amcrest app on my iPhone to check on my cameras. Only after I log into the cameras via the web app on the PC on my local network does the time (auto?--i.e., I don't go into the Setup and manua...

Re: No recording shows after being notified.thru push notifications of motion detection
I get a similar issue as well--I'll get a push notification for motion on my iPHone, I'll then tap on it, it brings up the Amcrest app on my iPhone, then attempts to load the video for said push notification event, only for the app to then tell me "No recording". I have to manually retriev...

Re: Push Notifications stopped working on IPhone
Push notifications are now working again. Last night I disabled and then reenabled push notifications in the app on my iphone and they started working again. No changes made to the cameras at all. I still think it's related to a calendar issue in iOS causing notifications to fail. Regardless, they'...

Re: firefox and internet explorer plugins no longer working
Hmmm, what version of IE and Windows are you running? I can (still) view my cameras on IE 11.0.9600.18537 / Win 7 Pro SP1.

Re: Email Test Failure
Probably not something you may want to enable on a permanent basis, but what happens if you go into your Google account settings -> Sign-in & security -> Connected apps & sites -> Allow less secure apps=ON, then try the Amcrest Gmail test again?
