If you run HDMI from the PVR to a television, are you able to see video from there? Using the on-screen keyboard is a true PITA, but I've found it to be the best way to get some of the initial settings taken care of, and will give you more direct access to the video feeds from connected cameras.

I believe that's more an issue with the forum software than with Amcrest. Try searching 'IP2M' (or 841), you'll get a number of responses.

Having 'Home' and 'Away' settings would be extremely helpful - that way you could have a schedule for 'Home' where it only records late at night, and/or with a lower threshold, and an away setting that increases the threshold and maybe records c...

Can't set it on the camera directly. As I've mentioned in another thread, this is behind the NVR, with no direct access.
