I had a similar problem. I had set all my cameras ip to static. As a result of this depending on what is currently on in my network one of my cameras ip was conflicting with another device in my system. I found this problem by looking at my devices in my router's firmware of what was currently on. G...

I use a WD Mycloud. It works well for some of us. If you record your footage on a NAS, viewing the recordings through the timeline will not work. You won't be able to use Amcrest apps to view any of your files. I view through using windows.

Longedge, would you please tell me how you configured your WD Mycloud mirror to record from your amcrest cameras. I've been able to do so on my WD Mycloud ( single drive ) but not WD Mirror. I'm using ftp with password access and also read and write setting are on.
