Re: IP4M-1026E not triggering FTP upload

I think I was missing the Record being ticked, as you indicated in Capture3.PNG. Thanks for that! I had to adjust the motion sensitivity as I noticed it was triggered by rain otherwise. A common occurrence in England! Further questions: Is there a way to see the settings in a plain text developer f...

Re: Image Quality

I have tried your suggestion but I'm still getting the pixelated video. The configuration setting is not persistent. This bug was introduced in the latest IOS Amcrest View Pro update. Ah, I see this could be an issue with the latest update as I am seeing some other tickets on this as well. I am at ...

Re: IP4M-1026E not triggering FTP upload

I will try and help clear some things up that I can see so far. 1. You are currently selected on the Green ( Region 4) However you have your FOV outlined with Orange ( Region 1). Capture.PNG 2. you can see here that when you select Region 1 the graph is also different indication this is the default ...

Re: Image Quality

The HD setting in the App doesn't persist for my cameras. Toggling the resolution fixes the pixelation but the next time I open the camera it's pixelated again. Give this a try, In the app go to "Configuration Center" In the menu > "Video Stream" > Tap your device > Select "Main" > Save the page. W...

Re: Windows 10 and plugins

Hello, I upgraded my system from Windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro. I am back to the non-stop issue about plugins. I have tired Chrome, IE, and firefox. I am exhausted at dealing with this. Time for my NVR system and 9 cameras to be patched out and something that works to be used in it's place. The f...

Re: Image Quality

My wife and I both use the Amcrest View Pro app to see our 5mp cams on our iPhones. She has the XS and I have the 7 Plus. My live images are of great quality. Her live images are pixelated. If she views a previous recording, the image is of high quality. What can be done to fix this? Make sure when...

Re: Changed Router but Can't Connect Camera

I just went through the pain of attaching Amcrest cameras to my new 2.4/5ghz router. Here's some suggestions that I found out by trial and error. On your router you have to separate the 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels. Use two different passwords. Using the same password puts it on the 5ghz and of course,...
