Dear morons.
Learn how to write a good app. Your stuff sucks. Download Ubiquiti's camera app and see how it's done. This crap you put out literally sucks a giant dong. Fail.

Re: Motion Detection Playback is Choppy
"Could you try lowering the resolution to 720P under camera settings and see if that makes a difference? I understand it has been working but I believe this is worth giving a try." THIS ISN'T A FREAKING SOLUTION! Stop telling people to cripple their systems in order for them to play well t...

Re: NVR-1104 Only Displaying I-Frames
Thanks for not replying. I should have bought Ubiquiti cameras. The support here is crap. You guys don't even know how your own products work.

Re: NVR-1104 Only Displaying I-Frames
Tried both of those already. No change. Don't you think it's a bad answer to say "lower your bitrate"? The point of surveillance using HD equipment is to get quality video at a bitrate that allows faces and license plates to be identified at a distance. The recording equipment should be ca...

Re: NVR-1104 Only Displaying I-Frames
Melvin, You are correct that switching them all to 720p gets rid of the stop-motion on the NVR live view. But now I seem to have uncovered a new issue... When a car drives by, the live view shows smooth motion as the car enters the frame and drives through it. If I go back and watch that same footag...

Re: IPM-721S attempting connections to Amazon servers?
I'll be shutting DNS off on my cameras tonight.
Amcrest...you need to address and explain what this is about. I have cameras in my kids' rooms, and I'm sure a lot of other customers do, too.

NVR-1104 Only Displaying I-Frames
I have an NVR-1104 with 3 cameras connected. If I only have 2 cameras active, both display on the NVR's video output with smooth video at full frame rate. Now, if I connect the 3rd camera, only channel 1 maintains the full 30 fps. The other two channels only show the I-frames, which creates a stop-m...

Software Is Amazingly BAD
The software you guys have written is incredibly terrible. It is filled with so many gotchas and errors that make it beyond frustrating to use. Why can't I reboot the NVR from the web interface (Local login, reboot failed!)?? Why do your P2P servers go down constantly? Why does your tech support, ba...
