Is anyone else having a problem downloading h.265 encoded video? Amcrest admitted in a support case with me that it is broken for the IP4M-1028E's and they currently don't seem to have any desire to fix it. Cant download clip from IP4M-1028E
I have multiple devices IP4M-1028E's as well as the 2k Shield. I only have the download problem on the IP4M-1028E's. All camera's use a internal SD card.
