Re: push notifications not working on android

I've been without push notifications for ages now, not had time to look at it and finally got round to it and couldn't find any reason for it. Now found this thread so clearly it's not me. Is there a fix for this yet?? Last notification was 7th Feb!

Re: Mobile network problem

Hi Melvin,

How do I input the TCP port into the Amcrest app?

Thanks,
Gordon

@jack7 thanks for the tip, mine is set to default to SD so don't think this is the problem. Thanks anyway.

Re: Mobile network problem

Hi Melvin, Thought I'd get in touch again regarding this mobile network issue again as I've still not solved it. I ended up putting it down to something in my set up that won't allow it but I recommended Amcrest to a friend and he purchaser a 720P camera and is having exactly the same problem. Works...

Audio recording issue.

Hi, I've got am IPM-721S camera set up to record continuously onto 64GB SD card. Problem I'm having is when it detects movement it seems to stop recording audio for a while. Video carries on recording, just with no audio. Anyone know how to stop this happening? Its very annoying and defeats the obje...

Re: Mobile network problem

Hi happy123, I can see your posts! Try refreshing the page! I have mine set up with port forwarding as I tried using another app to view them. Didn't seem to make any difference. Every now and then I can see cameras over mobile network, usually a frozen image. It seems very flaky. Not sure why, even...

Mobile network problem

Hi, Does anyone know why I can't view my cameras over a mobile network? Even with a good LTE signal it still won't connect. If I'm on WiFi its fine but can't access them over LTE. Is this likely to be an issue with the mobile network or a setting on the cameras?? I'm on the Tescos network and they u...

Re: SD Card disappearing

Hi Melvin, Date and time are all set correctly but I think I might have found the problem. While checking the time was set correctly I thought the only other thing in Date&time I've changed is the date format, a bit of a long shot but changing it back to Year-Month-Day it seems to be playing bac...

Re: SD Card disappearing

Hi Melvin, Thanks for you reply, I've swapped SD cards and problems have followed the SD card! The new camera seems to be recording OK now, although I still cannot view recordings in the event list on the android app. I've tried 2 different devises and both have the same problem, just display "...

SD Card disappearing

Hi, I've recently set up a new Amcrest IPM-721S and set it to record onto SD card continuously. Problem I'm having is the SD card keeps disappearing. It comes back after a reset but then disappears after a couple of hours again. In the app, under 'Device Manager' the 'State' is showing as 'Sleep' in...
