Re: No recording during live view
My camera model number is IP8M-2493E. I'm recording to the microSD card on the camera. After this happened in Amcrest View Pro app, I went to Push Notifications and then Event List, the motion that I just watched was not in the list. The motion was a person walking on my driveway. The camera' sensit...

Re: Wrong timestamps of recorded videos 01-01
I contacted Amcrest support and they would send me a replacement since it was still under warranty. Unfortunately, I could not return the camera because I trimmed off the big rubber part on the cable during the installation because I didn't want to drill such a big hole. Anyway, my camera still rese...

No recording during live view
I have an 8MP outdoor dome camera. If I'm watching the camera and there's a movement, it does not record. I have observed this behavior several times in the past. Is it how it's supposed to work or is it a bug?

Re: Time And Date Wrong
I have the exact same problem with the dome camera IP8M. I disabled NTP and Auto Reboot but that did not help. I have the latest firmware. My camera has another problem that just happened yesterday (second time this happened). After every few months, it would stop recording and it would not save new...

Re: Wrong timestamps of recorded videos 01-01
I turned off DST and re-synchronized the time with the PC. It worked for a while but the problem came back. The time was set to 2000-01-01 twice during the last several days.

Wrong timestamps of recorded videos 01-01
I have a 4K dome POE camera IP8M-2493E. The videos are recorded with a wrong date time of 01-01. In live view mode, it shows the correct date and time. It also showed the correct current time when I logged in the camera. I sync'ed the time with the PC and rebooted the camera and that fixed the probl...

Re: "No Recording" Error Message
I found out the SD card was bad. When I reformatted the card in IE Web View, it said the format was successful, but it was not really successful because existing video clips were not deleted.

Re: "No Recording" Error Message
I checked the Push Type in Configuration and it is set to Video. I also tried to set it to Live and Image and back to Video hoping that it would somehow work, but that did not help. I also tried Jack7's suggestion setting system to the default settings in IE Web View but I kept getting the error &qu...

Re: "No Recording" Error Message
I'm having the same problem with my IP3M-956. It happened recently after the time change. I have resync'ed the time with the PC, made sure the date format is still year-month-day and time is in 24 hour format. I rebooted the camera several times and even re-formatted the SD card. None of them fixed ...
