Using Plesk to log in to my FTP sight, I am unable to play the MP4 files there. Message says file too large when it isn’t.

I checked all of my settings. My Amcrest camera that I replaced with this one, as well as my other 2 Amcrest cameras send the snapshots to a jpg sub folder and the videos to a dav sub folder. This camera only uses a dav sub folder with videos, no snapshots.

I used the SMD setup that you recommended. It works well. As you said, it uses the area grid that I set up in Video detection. A couple of items are not working properly. Even when I have snapshots set to 3 or 5, I still only get one in the email. I am using FTP for video and snapshots. Only the video alerts are sent to my website - no snapshots.

Interesting. SMD on my camera doesn’t have an option for intrusion or tripwire option. It will pick up every car driving by and human walking by.
