Correction. Firmware is dated 08/23/2022.

When “upgrading” the firmware from the Amcrest website, 30 FPS is available. When viewing after the firmware installation, only 20 FPS is available. When opening the camera setup, a maximum of 20 FPS is shown as available. There is only one firmware available dated 08/30/2022. Any ideas?

After selecting files to delete, clicking the trash can closes the Amcrest viewer program. Nothing is deleted.

I have 3 Amcrest IP cameras - IP4M-1025, IPM-HX1 and IP8M-2597. I use my iPad for viewing. If I use the Viewer Pro app for the iPad, it often freezes. I’ve gotten alerts about illegal access a few times. The most recent one, from Russia, has tried to get in multiple times today. Is there a way to block a specific URL address from attempting to log to my camera?

Thanks for the reply. My firmware is from 03/2020. My other Amcrest cameras work with Gmail and Yahoo. Earlier this year support wanted me to change settings in my email accounts - which I don’t want to do.
