Lol. That's the first thing I tried. I did contact support. They couldn't do anything. I completely removed everything (app, cameras, etc). Then I hard reset cameras and started over. Nothing. How anout something more useful??

I have tried port forwarding as well as DDNS. The app will not show a live view.

I have assigned all of my cameras static IPs. I still cannot view the live feed on my iPhone app.

I am about to be in the same boat as you. Unfortunately I had fantastic success for the first two - three weeks and thus purchased about 10 cameras for various projects.

I agree about it being an app issue or something with the p2p server. I cannot get the app to display a live view. I have setup DDNS and can get the desktop/web interface to work remotely. If I add the cameras to the app via p2p it will add the camera but won't display anything. If I try and use my ...

I set up DDNS and can view it from my laptop (via browser interface) externally. I cannot however view it from my phone which is much more convenient.

I already use an SD card (64gb) but would like to send the files elsewhere as well for the reasons you mentioned. I guess I will have to use ftp or nas. Too bad because the cloud was so simple to setup and use.
