QVR Client using 50% of my CPU usage? Any other viewing options?
Are there any viewing options for multiple Amcrest cameras at once other than QVR Client? It takes up a massive amount of CPU usage to keep it open always

Re: Why would my email alerts stop working? I get alerts maybe once a week now...
Ok guys (and girls), I figured out a "work around" for this, hopefully Amcrest can use this info and pass it on to phone support too since they do have a good product but semi-poor customer service as far as solutions go. HERE IS THE FIX... You can still get Gmail alerts, you just need to ...

Re: Emails stopped working...
Mine went down over a month ago and have not come up with a solution yet either, it tells me "Email test failed" no matter what email or settings I use (they worked fine for over a year)

Why would my email alerts stop working? I get alerts maybe once a week now...
My email alerts are basically 20+ emails per day from 3 cameras, out of no where I stopped getting all alerts, and I know the configuration is correct because I randomly will get emails once a week or so for a few hours. Considering these are not located conveniently to run Ethernet to "reset&q...

All 4 cameras stopped sending email alerts, 1 wont sent email test
The alerts still dont work, but one of the cameras wont even send a complete test (the other 3 send test emails). Not sure where to start, I REALLY dont want to reset any cameras, they are under the roof overhang on the 2nd floor so resetting and setting up again is pretty much not going to happen

All my cameras are gone after messing around with UniFi AP, dont show on router or configtool
Long story short, I bought 2 UniFI AP's and they worked AWESOME for a week but they all shared a SSID. After a week I wanted to customize it so they had their own SSID for front/back of warehouse cameras. That didnt work, couldnt get cameras to connect really, tried different SSID's and what not, tr...

Connecting to wifi extender?
I have 3 cameras connected directly to my router (the normal way) but I have a 4th that is far from the router, can I connect this to a extender (the extender has its own wifi name, example: router_EXT)
