amcrest.pdf IP3M-943 camera and I cannot set an event schedule using the cloud app on my desktop. There is a message in the box which says "This option is available for paid plans only." I have another 943 camera and I can set schedules. Can anyone help me? I have deleted and reinstalled ...

Thank you very much for your response. I just checked and changed both 943s configuration from auto to color.

I have five cameras (2) 841s, (1) 721, and (2) 943s. At night, the 841s and 721 show color, but the 943s, under the same lighting conditions, only display in black and white.
