I got an email from support on 2/7/18 that the issue had been resolved. They did not elaborate on what was fixed. Seems to be much better... up until this evening when the whole thing seems to be down.

I've been in contact with support and have answered multiple questions about this issue. So I know they are looking at it. No word on when they expect to resolve it though.

I've contacted Amcrest App support. They are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.

I'm seeing the same issue. Any Wifi connection is fine but using Cellular LTE doesn't seem to work well. Works sometimes, but is very slow.

I have 3 cameras with push notifications enabled. One actually works correctly, the other 2 try to go to the wrong camera and I get the No Recording message as well when I open the notification.
