The NVR is still working and there is no issues with my router/modem as I can access my security syste...

Running IOS 11.2.2 on both IPhone and IPad. View pro app works fine on IPad both remotely using amcrest ddns and while on local network, both live view and playback work fine. On the IPhone the playback mode works fine but live view times out. I’m sure the settings are correct as they are identical ...

NVR overwrite HDD when full
I have a NV4116E NVR device that I installed a 6TB hard drive in. I configured the system to overwrite old files when the hard drive gets full. I currently have about 45 days of videos on the NVR and have watched as the available disk space has slowly worked its way down to 40GB. At what point will ...

Re: Over Decode Ability
Yes all cameras are Amcrest, 6 IP4M-1025E and 3 IP2M-844E. Most of the cameras are set to 5fps and 2048 vbr. 2 cameras are set to continuously record and the rest only record on motion detection. My question is, when the main screen shows “over decode ability” does the nvr still record if Motion is ...

Over Decode Ability
I have a 16 channel NV4116E NVR with 9 cameras currently connected. I am trying to tweak the camera resolutions and fps so as to not overload the network and nvr. The NVR is advertised as being capable of 80Mbps and I do not belief I am anywhere near this maximum throughput but I keep getting a mess...

I have the 16 channel IP/POE nvr (NV4116E) and am trying to tweak my camera resolutions and fps so as to not overload the system. I have 10 IP cameras connected to my LAN and 2 cameras connected to the POE ports on the Nvr. When I review the network loads under the menu does the download figure incl...

Re: DHCP reservation while using POE port on NVR
I want to change the default passwords in the IP cameras connected to the POE ports on the nvr. I'd also like to be able to connect directly to these IP cameras without going through the nvr. Is this not possible?
