Going on 3 years fighting this issue. Amcrest is hopeless. My cabin is 1000 miles away and I need a solid system. Tech support is a joke and they really don't care. Just continue to give lip service without results... piss poor company. Will never recommend them and advise others to buy from someone...

I toally agree... Amcrest is pispore. They do a great sales job in getting you to buy their products, but come on... you cannot use Chrome or the new IE as the plugin doesn't work. They have been promising a fix to me for over 3 years...Amcrest - get your fucking shit together and provide support......

NV4108E - was working fine before the firmware update. Now I am unable to playback any video that has been recorded. it shows that video has been recorded but when playing back---- nothing. Cameras keep dropping off the NVR and I have to continually have to reboot the NVR to get them to show back up...

Have NVR-4108E, 2 TB video drive, 4 Amcrest HD POE 1080P cameras. When trying to playback recorded video, the playback speed is sooooooo slow, About 1 frame every 10 seconds. This is very frustrating to me. I continually get locked out even though input the exact username and password. Must be some sort of programming error.
