Incorrect. The cloud settings override settings elsewhere. I was having various problems until I deleted the camera from Amcrest Cloud. Once I did that, no more problems.

I'm using these cards, they work just fine.

Wow, I'm glad I read this thread. I have four cameras, one kept losing its settings. It was the only camera on AmcrestCloud. I deleted it from AmcrestCloud and it hasn't lost its settings in a couple of days.

I have two cameras, they both have different http and rtsp port numbers. I've opened all four ports on my Netgear X8 router. I can access the cameras via quickDDNS, AmcrestView.com, and the AmcrestView app, but not tinyCam. I had no problems using tinyCam when I was using Foscam cameras, but I just ...

I've opened both ports and I still can't get it to work. I assume the "web" port is the HTTP port?

Are you asking about how to set up AmcrestView on your phone or AmcrestView via a PC browser?
