One of my four 841s has this issue, constantly asking to allocate space and being told its unneeded. Then repeating the convo every 15 seconds or so, same as OP. While more annoying than critical it's a pain in the logs. Plus, this cam is FPS-challenged and the chitchat doesn't help.

I'll assume you meant the iOS 9.3.1 emergency fix worked. Apple broke a few things in the 9.3 release, primarily that clicking on web links sometimes caused apps to freeze. Sounds like you may have been bit.

I find motion detection to be mostly black magic and guesses. But in that light, have you tried something like 75 and 40?

I suggest you try downloading the user manual PDF, located under the Support drop down. That info and much more are located there. The PDF info probably isn't searchable. (and I'm not being snarky - lots of documentation there)
