I see you have replied to both my posts lol.
I had ruled out any network issues, and thought maybe updating to the latest software would solve my issues, but as you can see in my other post I just created more!

ASP all devices offline
I just installed the latest available version of ASP from the Amcrest website. Added my devices , and all are offline.
Tried restarting the program several times. Verified all my information, and its all correct.
Everything worked fine before I installed the new version.
Any ideas?

This is an old post, but I am having the same issues.
In ASP on a windows machine while in live view, if I try to open a camera fullscreen using the main stream, i get Failed to open Video.
Full screen works fine with Sub Stream, but the video quality is obviously terrible.

I'm having the same issues. Works fine in surveillance pro and on my table. Can't get the app to work on any phone I've tried. Something definitely changed.

NVR Drops internet connection
My NVR has suddently started dropping the internet connection. It will connect for around 30 seconds and then drop out. It is the only device on my network having issues, and nothing has changed recently to casue it.

The support isn't very responsive anyway. My admin account was locked brand new out of the box, so I called in for help. After waiting 25 minutes to talk to someone, I was told I had to go to the website and submit a locked password request. I submitted that request at 314. No response. They used to...
