I've tried re-updating the firmware and rebooting the camera, but no use. Evidently the camera has become defective. It had 2 days of continuous use before the Mainstream video degradation. By now I should know better than to buy anything manufactured in China. I have on order three 720 bullet camer...

I have the exact same problem with my IPM-721S. It occurred just in the past hour. Happens for both Chrome and IE on my home PC. I rebooted the PC but Mainstream is still pixelated. On my LG34 Android smartphone the image is still excellent and not pixelated.

I want a friend with a PC to view my cameras. I am totally confused by all the applications. What should she download and install on her PC to be able to view my cameras?

How do I get a full-screen image using Amcrest View Lite

The image on my android smartphone has two white bars above and below the image. Above it says Live View, and below there are a string of icons. Can I somehow get a full-screen image by eliminating the two bars?
