So I have 3 AXIS Cameras and the rest are Amcrest. I can get the cameras working fine. But once a week after a reboot the 3 Axis cameras change from AXIS to ONVIF even though I have selected AXIS from the dropdown menu and saved the setting in the MODIFY window. Is there something I am missing here?...

I have tried everything to remedy my camera not turning left.

I have also opened a ticket a week ago with no response.

I need to know how to return a defective camera & have it replaced.

I tried the resetting the router avenue, but to no avail.
The Hard Reset on the camera did the trick.
I have also snapshot the camera Video & Network settings just to make sure nothing changes again.

I have the same phone fatmax & your pic is exactly my issue, when I go to work today I am going to factory reset the cam & see if that remedies the problem, I'll repost the outcome either way.
