I'm using multiple IP4M-1051W cameras, and they work fine with View Pro software. I can see, hear and talk through the cameras without issues.
I also use iSpy on my PC as my monitoring center. With iSpy I only receive video and sound, and I wonder if it is possible to set iSpy to talk through the camera, similar way as View Pro does.
iSpy has this option OOTB, only I need to set it correctly - basically I have to select the camera type, host, port and credentials. The only point I'm not sure is the PORT number. I tried to set it to 554, but it doesn't work.
So, I wonder which port amcrest cameras use for incoming sound stream?

Try using the camera http port which would be 80 or whatever you may have changed it to in Setup/Network/Connection using the camera Web UI. If Ispy supports Amcrest, then it is likely using an audio http command described in the Amcrest API pdf.
