Hello, I recently got a new new android phone and lost everything from my old phone during the transition to the new phone. I downloaded the new Amcrest mobile app but cannot connect to my DVR. I have tried both the PTP and the IP/Domain/DDNS options. I made sure my phone was connected to the same network, but I get a failed to connect error everytime.
Here is the information regarding my DVR:
Model: AMDV960H4
Build No: 17011040 GA 3.1
Hw No: H2MB02
Config Version: 2.0.0.0
Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hello and Welcome to the forum
Need to make sure you DL the right package for View. The 960H machines use a different view software then the normal Amcrest View Pro software if I remember right. I have a 960h4+4 machine that I haven't used for some time now. I would have to dig it out and see what the software was but I am sure it isn't the normal AVP. That might be the issue..

What app did you use end up using. I'm having the same problem
