Snapshot config not saved across reboots

I have a NV2104E-HS with 2 Amcrest 4K bullet cameras. I configure my NVR to take a snapshot on both D1 and D2 every 30 seconds (Settings -> Camera -> Audio/Video, Snapshot tab). That works fine, except if I reboot the NVR the Snapshot settings revert back to their defaults (mode = Trigger, SPL = 1). Any ideas?

Hi. I wonder if you ever found a solution to your issue. I am having the same exact problem.
