I have the NV4108 and have two cameras recording to it. When I watch the playback it is half the speed of normal and the pause button doesn't pause the video so I can get a screen capture. This is while in the web interface.
How can I speed up the playback?
How can I pause the video or get a screenshot of the video?
Slow palyback and no pause
Re: Slow palyback and no pause
So I know we are talking about the Same Device I would like you to confirm that your WebUI looks like this.
I say this because while you mention NV4108 there are many different ones. While the one pictured is really a 4108E however it does have the same WebUI as my 4108 and is one I have access to right now. My 4108 is in a Remote location and still a few hours before my Internet access at that location is active because of my connection not being very secure I only open my network access for a couple of hours so I can make a connection and check out my recordings..
Anyway if your system is a different one then the normal 4108 then it might look like my second Picture and at that case would/could be a different issue all together. So if there is any other thing after the 4108 that would be good to know, It might be 4108, 4108h, 4108E, 4108E-HS, 4108-HS, 4108E-A2 or even 4108-A2
4108E is the same as 4108h and is the older NVR that is no longer supported with FW last one was around 2018 This is of a 41xxE-HS and is the same as 4108-HS, 4108E-HS, 4116E-HS, 4116-HS, and others with the 4.0NVR Firmware..
