NVR says Cant find host but all other view options work

Hello,

I am having a strange issue with one camera.
I can pull up and Live View the camera in the web browser (IE), in the Amcrest Web View (chrome app), and the Amcrest View Pro app (android), BUT on my NVR I am getting the error "Can not find the network host."

All of the other cameras have connected with no issue.
This camera is connected via WiFi, as well as over half of my other cameras.
The WiFi connection is '4 of 5 bars' in the WiFi list.

I have rebooted the camera and the NVR
I have changed the static IP address

I have not factory reset the camera yet, hoping to avoid it, as it'll have to be done on my belly in an attic.

Any suggestions?

Same problem before upgrading NVR to latest firmware all camers worked fine. Cameras was on latest firmware already before I got NVR. After NVR4801E-HS updated to latest firmware only one camera wired connected woks other cameras connected with wifi do not work in NVR. But still all works fine in app and in web UI.

Update: After NVR factory reset to defaults all cameras are discovered and connected properly! So I am on latest firmware for nvr and cameras.
