Hello and Welcome to the Forum..
Sadly that will require someone at Amcrest help for that.. You should go to the Support page and enter the info they need and setup a support Ticket.. Once they get that ticket they will return a set of numbers for you to try. Please make sure you know the Date of the machine, and the numbers they would offer will be good for the day you requested the info..
