No Notifications on iPhone 13 pro

Has anybody ran into this problem and found a fix? I did a firmware update last night on all the cameras and the nvr with no change to the problem. The system will send notification to my android Pixel 7 without problems. Thinking there is a setting on iPhone that is causing this. Cameras all work on iPhone but no motion notifications. I have check a lot of setting on iPhone but not seeing what could cause this. It worked last July so thinking a phone update caused this.

Same issue, have had no push notifications for at least a month now. This happened last year as well and it was an issue on amcrest's end. Submit a ticket, hopefully they will resolve it. I am using the same phone as yourself as is my wife.

Wondering are you both using ATT?

I would do a Support ticket and be sure to add in the following in the Comment for anything that isn't already asked..

Cell carrier

phone model

phone OS

happening on AVP1 or AVP2?

all permissions allowed?

Yes using ATT, and its not working on AVP1 or AVP2
