New DVR 8 camera system won't go over 7 FPS

Just finished installing AMDV10818-4B4D-B system. Camera 1 Im able to set to 30FPS but the rest of the cameras (2 through 8) has the max FPS at 7 and no other option. Any ideas? Streaming live picture seems OK but these settings are stuck and a reboot doesn't help.

OK so I got channel 1 & 5 to match at 30FPS and 15iframe but channel 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, & 8 are maxed at 7FPS

I have the same question....
Why does only channel 1 have 30fps?
