Issue activating IP8M-2496 cameras with Synology surveillance station

I purchased 2 Amcrest IP8M-2495EB cameras to add to my Synology NAS using the surveillance station software. I have 4 other Amcrest Cameras connected to the same system. Before anything, I tested both cameras and received the same results. I tried several patch cables and 2 POE+ switches and received the same results.

When I setup the camera in the surveillance station, the camera type is preconfigured for the same model. I enter the IP address and make sure the password is the same. The camera passes the test and I can see the video. When the system tries to activate the camera, it fails. I have tried various methods but have not been successful. I have sufficient licenses for the system.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Edited: Try putting everything on static IPs. Also, delete and reinstall licenses.
