Hi have a 32 channel amcrest NVR, all works great, except a tiny problem.
I originally setup the nvr at home then took it to work. It all setup fine there. My web long is fine, I can view the cameras online.
Also my amcrest view pro is fine, I can view cameras on that as well
My problem is that I gave the web login to my manager, it works for him but is really slow. He tried to use teh same settings on the amcrest view pro app and it does ot work. I tried to modify the password on my amcrest app but I don't know the original one.
Is there a way to find out the amcrest view pro username and password or an easy way to reset it.

Need to click on the device manager in the app and then click the NVR and it will show the user and password area. If you are local to the networked NVR then it should connect no issue.
However if the issue is that you are setup using IP method and away from the LAN and not use a WAN connection then you will want to setup using P2P method this way the NVR can be accessed outside of the network area..
If none of that is the issue and clearly a password issue then you will want to look at your browser that you are able to make a connection and double check the password that you are using.
