Well, I did a factory reset. Everything went perfectly, BUT still no sound! Then I tried something else. Back when my very first ASH47 wifi failed and it was doubtful that I would be able to get a replacement, I bought a new ASH47. But, Amcrest came through and sent me a refurbished ASH47, which I have been using. Today I took the new one out of the box and set it up. BUT, still no sound. Either I am doing something wrong, or this is a known defect in the ASH47 camera. Any advice?

Where are you trying to hear audio from?
Have you confirmed that your NVR is setup to record audio and video on your ash47 channel?

I use both my HP laptop and my Samsung tablet. I just double checked that my ASH47 cameras have the box "Audio Enabled" checked AND volume is set to max. Any other advice?
