AMDV8M16-H5 Replacement/Upgrade

Currently running AMDV8M16-H5 with 16 AMC4KBC28-B cameras. Video not great with 7FPS limitations. All cameras are coax cable. Any coax DVR's able to run 16 cameras at 15-30FPS or is it time to replace all coax cable with Cat6, upgrade to an NVR and replace all cameras? Thanks in advance for the help.
