AmcrestView.com / P2P Ports

Post by DKVision23 »

Hello,

I'm hoping someone here can provide an answer to this. I attempted to contact support, however, they were unable to provide the information.

We have 2 DVRs located at remote locations which have P2P enabled. I am able to access both of these without issue using the AmcrestViewPro mobile app on iPhone, AmcrestView.com on my personal laptop, and Amcrest Surveillance Pro desktop app on my personal laptop.

Inside our company network, however, AmcrestView.com and Amcrest Surveillance Pro desktop app report the DVR being offline. We have determined we need to allow additional ports through our firewall. Below is what we have allowed to make the desktop app and website function as expected, however, we are looking for what ports actually need to be allowed so we can narrow these ranges.

Ports allowed:
TCP ports - 554, 7680, 37777, 46000-46999
UDP ports - 1900, 8800-8900, 37778, 41663, 47433, 47789, 58296
