Amcrest View Pro App Only Displaying 2 Out Of 4 Camera's

Prior to calling tech support on a different issue where I was having problems not receiving current notifications. Which was working fine when I first installed it all of a sudden some time last week I stopped getting notifications. So, therefore, I called tech support to help resolve the issue. In doing so the technician on the phone made me delete the app and reinstall it. Now I end up having issues with my Amcrest View Pro app on my iPhone that's only displaying 2 cameras. When my Amcrest Surveillance Pro Camera GUI on my desktop computer shows all 4 perfectly. Has anyone had a solution to the problem with their notifications stopping working and their iPhone Amcrest View Pro App showing fewer cameras than the Amcrest Surveillance Pro GUI on the desktop? Any help or assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated and "Thank You" very much in advance!

Just an idea. Top left click the icon (3lines 3dots), then at the top will be Live View click it and it should reset your view back to normal.

Please confirm that your cameras are on 1-4 and not something other. Meaning that the cameras are not on 3,4,5,6 and your looking at only 3,4.

So I made extreme issue to show what I mean now for my systems it was easier to remove 2 ch from my dvr then it was from my NVRs. However pictures below show 5 and 6 missing with black screens then 2nd picture shows real 1-4 view
