Hi,
I have my Amcrest NVR setup for DDNS. I am able to connect to the NVR using the DDNS connection. I use the "Easy Viewer" app via Chrome, login to the NVR just as I would if I am on the LAN. When I try to pull up the live view of each camera though it begins to initiate and then stops.
The cameras are all Amcrest PoE cameras connected to the NVR, which creates a separate network specifically for the cameras (the IP address range is different). Port forwarding is working because I can see the NVR.
I have a Unify gateway and home network setup. I have checked my firewall settings, but don't see anything that would cause the camera feeds not to upload.
Anyone have any thoughts?
Tyler

Use Amcrest Surveillance Pro on Windows PC. Use Amcrest View Pro on android or ios. Both can access your remote NVR and cameras using P2P or port forwarding and DDNS.

Are the substreams enabled in the cameras?
